Do I need to bring my own mask?

Yes - just bring your own mask. Everything else you need will be provided for you.

Is the CPAP machine clean and safe to use?

Yes - all devices are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each use, as per the manufacturer’s specifications.

Will the machine be set to my settings?

If you upload your home settings, then we will configure the device accordingly. Otherwise, the device will operate in Auto mode.

When will my CPAP be delivered?

Your CPAP will be delivered before your expected arrival. If you have already arrived, your device will be delivered directly to your room.

What do I do when I leave?

Simply leave the device in its original packaging at the front desk when you check out. We’ll take care of the rest!
